Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process your cancellation immediately. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure all tags and labels remain attached to the product. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered from their original condition will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed after we receive your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, order number, and payment method used. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process.
